Position: Service Advisor 

Location: Shea's Automotive, Albuquerque NM 

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Full-Time) 

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs 
• Schedule appointments and communicate service recommendations to customers 
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations for repair work 
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs 
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service role preferred 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software 
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus
